Okay, so im putting a budget motor together, quick, simple, and cheap. I have a solid cam, lifters, rods, my .30 over pistons, ported heads, and a edelbrock intake.
So is it worth it to do the solid motor? Or should i just go and buy a used stock 5.0 EFI and go that route?
If you looking for cheap power solid is definitly the way to go.
That's definatley what im lookin for, and its a pretty huge lift cam.
And i got the heads, lifters, pushrods, cam all to match
and i can get the block for 75$
and i have the stroker crank out in the building..
what do you guys think?
and then all i'd need is a oilpan and a carb.
