what do I think of dumps??? well for one after doing one I feel much better in the morning after I get up[:-]

 

My stepsons GT has 1 chamber flows that dump right behind the flows. It sounds awsome. His car is stock but sounds so sweet.......

 

I just have a custom O/R H-pipe and I can smell the fumes[&:]

 

I don't really have dump's, they don't work for me. I cut the pipe's about 3in past muffler. With 11.1 comp and cam thumping to the tune 625/661 lift and dur @ .050 being 246/259, dump's sandblast the under carriage of car. The fume's are strong though, i am thinking of welding my tail pipes back on.

These are dumps

mufflers and no tailpipes. Usually before the rear end.

And just my preference but i dont like the sound of dumps..

 

i liked mine... once upon a time... then i got my SLP's and disliked my dumps...

 

so you guys just have headers then the x or h pipe and thats it ?

I have MAC dumps on my 90 and Im not all that impressed. It sounds good at idle but its not that loud. And to me it almost sounds like a truck, but it might be because my stock radiator fan it loud and I hear it the whole time Im driving. I might try a catback of some sort or maybe diff mufflers.
