Default need help

Just traded my Honda civic 2 my brother in law fot a 93 lx 5.0. He put a twin turbo kit on it last year but the turbos where bad so he took them off and returned to stock. He had 2 guys work on it to fix timing issues. The first guy had the distributor 180 degrees off the second guy fixed it and had it running. The only thing was it was sluggish in midrange. Ok heres the question he let it sat for a year after this and now I cant get it to start it turns over but nothing happens, and I dont know nothing about a mustang so does anyone have any ideas on where to start?? thanks for all help

Well have you checked it for spark and fuel? If it's been sittin that long, the gas is most likely no good also.

Check for fuel and spark. Listen for the pump to turn on when you turn the key to the run position.

well finally tore it down yesterday and figured it out. Bent intake valve on cyl. #2, and bent exhaust valve on #4. The only thing I didn't understand is that cyl #4 valves and combustion chambers looked like they had been washed compared to the rest of the cyls. I don't think a bent exhaust valve would cause this any ideas.

By the way thanks for all the help I really appreciate it.
