Default Bleeding the Power Steering systemHell

How difficult is it to properly bleed the power steering system? Hoses, Pump etc. I'm getting this ridiculously loud whinning when I turn left or right and steering is becoming increasingly difficult (unless traveling at 40+ then it's fine). Before I run out and change the whole front end of this car, I want to start with the basics. Anyone got mustang specific instructions on how to bleed this system?

Thanks.

is the fluid level full??? if so with the car off after replacing ant component in the system,, i'll turn it lock to lock about 20 times while adjusting the fluid level here and there... that's all there is to it

Yup, the fluid level is full.

So just turn it from side to side bleeds the system? Really? Man and I thought I was going to have to jack up the front end of the car, diconnect hoses, take off the power steering pump and ....

I'm glad it's just a matter of turning it side to side. You sure?

Take it to a shop that has a BG flush machine. If the steering is already hard, your pump is most likely on it's way out.
You can locate a BG shop HERE

And haveTHIS done. I have solved a lot of p/s noises, issues using this machine.
