i know the picture sucks but thats all they have right now they posted last nite on craigslist so.it has the cobra motor so gt40's it should. i talk to the owner since its a 87 it has been converted to maf for the newer motor,3 in cobra r hood ,slight dent in quarter above tire appx. fist size by 1/2 dent maybe they said.said needs carpet and headliner. small crap, plus i have a 91 gt i will trade parts before i sell it if i buy this .
what do u guys think im gonna go look at it later today and offer 2500 for it i think.

I'm selling my 1987 Mustang 5.0. It has a 1993 cobra engine with a 5 speed transmission. New Clutch and clutch cable. Posi rear end. New flowmaster cat back exhaust. New front rear shocks and struts. Over $2000.00 in work within the last month. This was my project car must sell it and get something more practical for the winter. It needs body work, paint and the interior needs some work. Asking $3000 OBO. Cash only or trades welcome.

is it an actualy 93 cobra motor? if so it has the hyper pistons which suck compared the forged pistons you can get 82 through 92(i think those years are right) make him give your a stamp number off the block to verify its a 93 cobra motor, i think hes just using that lingo as a selling point, i doubt it really has it.

besides that i dont care about the motor much as i have a block, new forged pistons, trickflow cam, twisted wedge heads, new lifters, timing chain,bearings,rings,30lbs inj,pro flow for the 30's,arp bolts , so u see im not much worried about the motor . as i have been wanting to find a coupe for a while, just my preference but i have had a lx hatch, have 91 gt now,but really want the notch.

it needs a little body work and paint got that covered ,me and friends body work, girlfriends aunt owns a auto paint supply so paint cheap, and carpet &headliner 200 bucks new.as i also have a new 3 inch cowl, upr full length subframes, upper and lower control arms also to install

check the vin to make sure it is a v8 notch and not a conversion car. pretty much will kill the resale value or give you mroe room to get it cheaper if the car is a conversion.
