hmm.... the thing that i can think of is that my belt on the s/c was slipping. because later that night when i was on my way home from the track i goosed it a lil bit and i popped the belt off. so i mean it could have stretched a lil bit and not give me all my boost. thats the only conclusion i have to the times i ran. nothing was loose on the s/c charger so it wasnt that that would cause the belt to come off. it was a new belt so it could have stretched on me seeing how it come off n got hung up in the fan
Something is def up. My budy had an 88 with a Paxton on a stock engine with 3.55 gears (just like your mods) and he went 13.0 @ 105 and that was at 2500ft. elevation. We later found out that his Paxton was only putting out appx. 6lbs. of boost.

yea something is def not right! im gonna try again friday if the track is open. i dont think that it is, maybe it is. if the belt is slipping it will actually make my engine run worse cuz the air wont flow thru the engine very well. Maybe they will be open n if then we will find out.

good run, i'm sure your belt was slipping and making you lose boost

too bad your track closes until next season...

i agree with this guy. definately isn't worth going to the track again until you get the car tuned cause it obviously isn't running right.
