I didnt buy mine just so I could switch.... My passenger side tail was broken, and a piece was missing.... so verticals seemed like the obvious choice


besides, im the history of mustangs... tail lights have been vertical for the majority of the timespan

I like the 94-95 style, but the 96-98 are by no means ugly. Although, 99-04 FTW.

I like the '94-95's better but I seem to like the taillights nobody else does.
Im actually putting GT taillights on my LX as soon as I get them painted.

I definetly like the GT taillights better but not on an LX.

I've seen people put GT taillights on they're LX and it's not pretty, they look awful.

Is it just me or do the 94-95 look a little meaner sort of speak?

I think a lot depends on the car, I think when done right both can look good. It just annoys me because Ford cheaped out on the horizontal ones only lighting up two of the sausages, and the bottom reflector looks horrible.
