Default swapping engines

i was wondering if (hypothetically speaking) my engine were to blow, could i run one of thoseford racing complete engine blocks with all the stock components; t-5, headers etc.. It looks to have 340hp vs. the stock 89 225hp. has anyone ever bought one of these motors? its not bad for the price.

Almost everyone here will tell you to stay away from crate motors. Find a local engine builder and they can put something together for less and you will get more.
