RE: Pick up the 331 tomorrow!!!
The old 302 just got ripped out. I have to head to work now, so I will probably completethe swap tomorrow. It was a breeze removing the engine and tranny together, made things simple.
The 331 will be going in tomorrow! I hope to have pictures for you guys if I have the patience and or time to do so. Figures right when we take the hood off to pull the motor, it starts raining! luckily it only took us a total of maybe 10 minutes to get it out of the car and into the garage. Gotta love working in the driveway!!!

RE: Pick up the 331 tomorrow!!!
Well I go to button everything up, and the pushrods are too long. So now I have to run into town and pick up some new ones. Also found the rubber on the harmonic balancer cracked, so I have to pick that stuff up too. Here's a few pics.
Here's the old 208k mile all factory 302.
And the new 331 just waiting on new pushrods and a balancer.

The beast is alive! I got it in the car and running today, sounds awesome. Will have pics up of the installation a little later today. My buddy has to bring his camera over. It looks and sounds awesome. Cannot wait to have it dyno tuned. Thank you all for your help and support during the build. It's much appreciated.
