Got a question??
Ok i have talked to everybody about this before and i was talkin to a couple of the local drag racers in my area that have 5.0s and they told me that i wouldnt need 42lb injectors like everybody on here was telling me. they told all i would need at the most was 36lb injectors even after i got my hci. I want to make double sure before i buy the injectors because i dont want to have to spend the money on another set because they arent very cheap. you all know that my car is running extremely lean runnin now from the s/c. what do ya'll think about this? I am ready to buy injectors just want to make sure i get the right ones the first time and yes i did find a dyno an hour n a half away from my house.
Well, I run 42's, no fmu and a custom tuned chip. It runs great. How about talking to a tuner, and not guys from a track. Are they running blowers? If so, what's their set ups? Guessing can be expensive. Talk to a tuner.
there cars arent fuel injected, theres is carbed. they were just talkin bout when theres where injected. im not for sure there exact setup. i tried to call them just a few minutes ago. i know that there runnin big blocks but othere than that im not sure. im just going off of what they told me. because fords are a whole new ball game for me all ive ever had are chevys.

Even when all I had was the blower at 9psi. I was running the stock 19's cus ATI said they would work. The car ran just "OK". Then I went to 30's, it ran a lil better but still not great. i talked w/ a local owner of a very reputable speed shop, JPCracing. I'm sure you've seen them in the 5.0 mags(they are in them all the time) He recommended the stuff I have now, I had it tuned and it's never ran better.
yea true. i wish that guy would call me back with the number for that dyno shop in oklahoma city. that would sure would help me out a lot lol. do you think that Spyder intake would work well with my setup?
