so i put energy suspension polyurathane motor mounts on hopin it would lif my engine up so my header wouldnt hit my steering shaft but it still did so in the end i still had to shim it, so it was a waste in my eyes

 

just shim the mount with washers. should do the trick no problem

 

AHHHHHHHHH HAAA so that's why you were removing the mounts the other night so you must of got that one bolt out by the starter??...I just heated my long tube up in a spot and put a dimple in it...but then again I had no choice as I have a tubular K-member...I also had to put a dimple in the tubular portion on my K-member[:@]...nothing ever fits right..even if the package says direct fit

that reminds me, I need to shim my motor mounts too

 

my QA1 K-member ddint fit worth ****. I had to cut my stock lower control arm bolts (the rear bolts) so they would fit properly.

I can't wait till I can afford the AJE racing K-member and control arm set
