Default H/C/I Question

Ihave an 89 gt with 95,000 miles onn the motor and trans. would it be wise to put a h/c/i onthat older engine ...i just dont want to hurt the reliability of the car

as long as its it good runnin shape , good vitals, and good compression i say get er done

i just did all that to my car and it has 126,000 miles.

i'd do a compression check and if it's good, go for it.
