I'm guessing with the Baer 4 lug kit?
http://www.need-4-speed.com/baer.htm
exactly right! I'm running Baer Claw 13" fronts and 12" rears with four lug TSW 17X8s. One thing to remember when you upgrade to larger brakes and stay with four lug wheels, there is NO four lug spacesaver spare that will work!. Won't clear the calipers. Not even the 12" ones. I've even tried the '93 Cobra aluminum spare & it won't work either. Plan on putting together a flat kit with a plug kit, 12 volt pump and a can of fix-a-flat. Oh, and keep your AAA membership paid. And a cell phone and charger in your car.

Full size spare rim, then you will be set
Well, let's see, another 17X8 TSW wheel plus another 245/40/17 Yokohama ES100 tire, hmm, I'd guess $400? A bit pricey for something to ride around in the back. Also, won't fit in the spare well, so has to ride on top and take up a bunch of space. Guess, I will trust to luck.

all you'd really have to do is carpet the spare tire area and set the tire in there. you'll just have the tire exposed a bit and it should only stick up a few inches. on the negative side though, you'll still have to buy that rim and tire

As long as the rims have a 20mm offset then the 13" brakes will fit in the front.
I'm running the Baer Track 13" in front and the Touring 12" in the rear with 17 X 9.

Glad I noticed your comment about 20mm offset and 13" Baer brakes. I've got those and 20mm offset TSWs (17X8s) with Yokohama 245/40/17s. My car is lowered 1.5" both ends. The front tire rub the fender lips on powered turns. I was thinking of going to a 25mm offset wheel to move the tire away from the fender. Well, from what you say, the 25mm offset won't clear the 13" baer calipers. So, my only option is to reinstall stock front springs. Is that right? Are you running 17X9s on both ends? What size tires? Is your car lowered? Any rubbing problems?

Doesn't have to be a new rim and performance tire, you could try to find a used one then just get any old tire since it is a spare and all just get some cheap tire from like pepboys or something

I guess I should have worded it differently sorry.
Baer told me that I needed at least a 20 mm offset, or that was there policy 8 yrs ago anyway.
I’m running 17 x 9 SSR rims on all 4 corners which has a +28 offset, I’m also running 245 x 40 x17 on my 89 and it’s lowered 1†at both ends.
The only rubbing issue I had was that the rim rubbed on the A-arm slightly and I fixed that with Travel Restrictor's/Rack Limiters, other than that I have no rubbing issues at all.

I would!
You gotta remember I did my conversion 8+ yrs ago and they may have changed things since then; though I doubt it.
