she's alive! and i'm a post/pic *****
I'm so pumped I finially got her running and driving it around. i drove it to work today to kind of show off to my car buddy. I bought mine in 10X's worse condition than this 85 this guy bought at work. but now it looks 10X's better than his and he's kinda jealous and he didnt really want to look at it. Yet before he loved givin me shyte for my red interior i use to have and crappy engine bay and everything.
here's the latest:

I also have kind of a tech question. I noticed now(i have a mechanical temp and oil gauge) that i drove it to work, about 10 minutes of total driving from driveway to parkinglot. that my car never got about 140*. is there a reason why its running so much kooler than normal? and yesterday when i drove it, the hottest it got was 160*. its a 180 T-stat with 2 core aluminum Rad. I'm guessing its not a bad thing, but let me know if it is and how to fix it.

valve covers are stock, wire brushed and cleaned them with tsp, i used 3 coats of silver ceramic paint.
heads were chemically washed and recvd 3 coats of high heat ceramic paint black, i also paint my dip stick tube and handle where i "fill my oil"(joke
). and my new typhoon intake with pro. products tb and egr.

the seat belts also need to be changed. but its looking good.
