the KB pistions are forged. The thing that I am worried about is that it has stock crank and rods. just dont know how much they can take.

yeah I want to upgrade it so I can have the rev limiter in it but I was thinking of going the s/c route. could this motor handle 6-7psi and a 75 shot?

I have seen a bunch of people run boost and spray but most times they get to carried away and then you are picking up pieces of your short block off the road. I would just put 100-150 hit of juice on there and have some fun. Your short block should take that no problem. 150 wet hit of nitrous is a real kick in the pants. You won't regret it!

Yeah but I just love the sound of an s/c. If that is what I end up doing I'm only getting a kit thats runs 5-6 psi. Dont want anything really extreme so I can still drive it on the road and stuff of that nature.

You can go higher on the boost than that if you want. Even with stock crank and rods you should be fine at 10-12 psi of boost. I'm a nitrous fan but you never have to fill that blower!

I was looking at going that high but am just really scared to because I want it to be a reliable car and not have any problems with it. I would love to run that much but wont have enough money to put a new motor in it if it blows

I can understand that, get you a blower with 6-8 psi boost and have some fun!
