Default help with gears

If you have a 5-speed 3.73, and 4.10's for an auto. I have small a$$ tires on my car with 4:10's (235/60/14..), C4, and I can still drive 55-60 at 3250rpm, but I just mostly f around intown, and its a summer only car. Again 4.10's for auto, 3.73 for manual, geta good rebuild kit,and you should be set.

well to tell you the truth i was i chevy man until now and i got this friend of mine that has a stang with a stock 4.6 with cold air intake, and a few bolt ons shirt throw shifter, nitto drag tires 2754017 and a huge cowl hood, and he thinks it is bad, i realy just want to spank that a** one good time, after that its just a street strip car not so much a top end car but an off the line tire, but i was wondering what would be too much and cause me not to have traction in the lower gears

looked on that link and i think im probly going to go with 4:56 or 430, because the 4:56 gear will put me at ~2250 rpm @ ~60 mph. this is just about what im looking for i mean its just a play toy, i wonder how this gear will run at the track? and also where should i look for gears i mean arent they pretty much all the same?

If you go with 4.56s you will either need to grind your posi center pin or buy another one made for that gear. With those 28" tall rear tires I would say at least 4.30.
