yea thats my combo. And i was not braggin about it. I was asking for opinions. FAR from bragging.

its what my budget permits. Its not the greatest.

Boost is next.

i understand budget completely. in the same thread that came from i gave my opinion for you to make more power. some of the cornors you cut though completely killed that combo though

I read this on corral too. Not that many ppl on that forum really thought it was a low number it seemed like..but heck man if its fast enough for you than thats good and everyone is happy for you. And while were on this subject of mismatched parts, I honestly know a guy that has a blue 89 LX with Edelbrock Victor Jrs (210cc heads!!!), B303 cam, and the stock intake. After all the money he spent,he runs9.30s in the 1/8 with a 100 shot.

Are these number at the rear wheels.. If so, with an auto and a high stall messin with the dyno, it will throw it all off... For instance, there are guys with 408's I have seen dyno just over 400RWHPon motor, but at the track will bust off 10.30's...

I think its the heads, he must have like 64 cc heads to only have 8.7:1 compression. Have those milled down to about 58cc and that'll bump the compup toabout 10.5:1 unless he plans on puting on a blower or turbo, 8.7:1 comp sucks. you CAN still run pump gas at 10.5:1 by the way.
