that was an answer to what years u could get a trans out of ...but thats only mustangs...like he said..theres other cars that used the aode...but i stick to knowin the mustangs..and it was givin you options on if u stick to just swapin out bad auto for good auto...or swapin out bad auto for manual..which is what i did

 

i'm not really mechanically incline so swapping a auto for a manual would be great but im sorry I can't do nor do I have deep pockets lol so just swapping one for a better would be enough ?but any picture of a swap?but what years can I use?thanx

 

ahh..well alright..in terms of mustangs, ur gonna need a 94 or 95 because those were the two years of the aod that were controlled electronically hense the -e at the end.aode...umm sorry i cant help ya on the lincoln n tbird cars that would be the same, hopefully someone else that knows will chime in...otherwise..umm try the search function on here..and maybe goodle it, idk..hope it works out for ya tho..and when u drop that aode..be prepared with either a jack under it or if ur workin in a pit or on a lift have plenty of people to help ya...there heavy...also if u do find one n have any questions ..pm me its not difficult ..we had mine down in about n hour...and that was with a mishap...so good luck

 

my dads buddy owns a bone yard and has an parts interchange book it is a little late here now for me to call him but i will call him in the morningand can let you know for sure what all will interchange , but i would assume that the same year in the t-bid and lincoln would interchange but i will email you when i get the for sure skinny for ya
