Default c4 questions

well i already know that by the end of next summer my aode will be toast.
its got a shift kit, 2400 stall converter and b&m tranny cooler.
with a 347 putting power to it i just hope it'll last thru the strip season.

so wheres a good place to buy a c4 built to handle around 400 horsepower without a problem
and what all is needed to swap this into my sn95.
all help is appreciated, thanks guys.

you will need a large ford bell housing if reusing the flexplate for the original trans... you will need a converter, shifter ( I believe you could modify yours) Crossmember should still work.. really that is about it to get it up and running..

If you are only looking to push around 400HP why are you looking for a C4.. you can have an AODE built to handle 400HP with ease.. take a look around at how Lentech, Level 10 performance, and Performance automatic build theirs... there are plenty of guys running alot more power than you will be and you will be losing overdrive.. I would keep it if you can especially if it is a cruiser
