Default Cams...

i have a 94 gt and i was wondering which cam sounds the best for a reasonable price. i really like the E303 cam, but ive heard strange things about them on the 94-95s. i really dont care about the performance at this point in time as it performs well already. i just want it to sound better. its got bbk longtubes, o/r h pipe, and flowmaster 40s w/ dumps.

if you want to retain a good idle quality without having to have a tune then go with a steeda #19...these cams were designed for your car

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Buying a cam just for the sound in my book is "rice." Sound is the last thing you want to base your cam choice off of...

What the hell would you just want to change to another cam just for a lumpy idle... you would lose performance by doing this.. on another note, Custom is definitely the way to go if you have the $$ for it..but for off the shelf, the steeda cam is a good cam as are the trickflow cams..

But if you are gonna put a cam in the car just to change the sound, you should really be driving a honda civic with a big 6" fart can muffler, snorkel air scoop on the roof and a huge wing on the trunk that looks like it belongs on a sprint car or top fuel dragster..
