Default why the hell does my firebird feel faster??

seriously i think my firebird is faster than my 86 gt!and it doesnt even run quite right. a 84 bird has less power supposedly, its all stock with no emissions stuff and free flowing exaust( muffler and cat are hollow) so i dont get it, the mustang has no cats either

gearing? is one an auto vs manual? trying racing them against one another, or try clocking the 0-60 on each of them

yeah the bird is an auto, non posi with 3.08s. 150hp at 4k and 240ftlbs at 2.4k. the mustang has a t5 with 2.73 posi rear i geuss.
my gears dont shift as smooth as they used to either. its possible the tranny has leaked alot of fluid out, i know it seems to lose a lil fluid, it was low when i got the car last year and i filled it.but with snow on the ground right now im not crawling around under the car to check right now. and to the troll guy stfu

well if the mustang is a 5 speed maybe your clutch is shot and your not getting all your power to the ground...and up here in buffalo we have 6 months of snow and ice, juts lay some cardboard down first so up not directly on the concrete, it sucks the heat out of u, lol
