well i wanna keep mine stock yet i want it to be fast.. so thats why i bought an explorer motor to swap in and mod that and still have the original (rebuilt) in my garage.. but i already changed the gears and i told the shop i wanted to keep the original gears but when i picked it up i completely forgot to ask for them.. but im tryin to keep everything i take off (if its not broken that is). but i already dont have the radio or tail lights.. i have lx tails and 86 tails that were striped to look like the SVO ones. no GTs... but my hatch has to go cuz its bent to **** and the stock wing is gone too.. you kno what.. screw it. ill buy another one when i get my engineering job and keep that one original.. lol

I'm always buying and selling car and I refuse to mod a car especially a 5.0. Their value drops a lot when they are modded. My 88 is the only modded car I've had and it's because I bought it that way.

Knowing that there are cars out there that will blow your modded stang away tempted me to go stock...plus, you can't do much in city traffic...but I just love whenI add something new and can noticenew power...its an addiction.

I'm not one who believes in keeping a car stock for selling value. I like to enjoy my cars and modifying them to sound better and go faster is what I want. I would never buy a collector car and let it sit or just drive it once or twice a month. That just defeats the purpose of a car to me.
