Ok quick question. I put new headers on my 89 mustang. The problem is now the 02 sensors dont reach the holes made for them. My question is can I splice the wires that connect the 02 sensors or do I have to have a specific type of wire.

 

i dont think you should splice it.
if im correct the wires are shielded and ur not saposed to mess with shielded wires.
but they sell extensions for them so they will reach.
