Ed Curtis @ www.flowtechinduction.com will sale you the lifters, pushrods, and roller rockers needed. It is some quality stuff.
N/A, I would go with a 58cc combustion chamber.
I'll give you an example of compression differences.
Using a 4 inch bore, 3 inch stroke, -4cc (dish piston), with a 58cc volume, and a .039" headgasket, with the block being decked, you are looking at 9.83:1.
Just by changing the combustion chamber to 60cc, you are looking at, 9.58:1.
A couple tenths of a compression point.

errg, the questions never end, hopefully, their the last
Im planning on going hydraulic, all roller
What Brand lifters
What Brand pushrods, and what length?
What Brand Roller rockers, and what ratio (can i clearance EFI valve covers for 1.7 ratios, or should i stick with 1.6)
and 1 question, are the 5.0 HO's roller cams stock? if not, is there anything else i need for a conversion?

stock cam is roller,id grab some crane lifters, i cheaped out and got some summits and they aint workin out all too great.I personally like crane roller rockers cheap again and worked fine for me. You can use 1.7's if you have a clearance issue with the intake just put a spacer inbetween but i think with the rpm2 it takes that into account already. As for pushrod no one can tell you what length just gun have to measure and any brand like crane comp lunati are good just make sure you get hardened ones.

They require no break-in.
Now, onto the lifters, pushrods (length) and roller rockers.
Ed sells some higher performance lifters for right at the same price as stock replacements. Eaton is the brand.
He sells Scorpion Roller Rockers (and others), and they are just over $200. I would stick with 1.6 roller rockers. You will need to remove the oil baffle on your passenger side valve cover.
Go with stud-mounted rockers, not stock pedestal style. Stud-mounted are easier to adjust and stronger.
It is always best to measure for your pushrod, but Ed has did so many street combinations he will send you a good pushrod length. He sent mine, without me measuring it, and they were dead on in my experience. They are Engine Works brand.
They will also cover every gasket you need, if you need it.
Keep asking questions, I have no problems with it...
