my buddy has one in his street car but the clutch isWAY overkill for his setup, that clutch is rated at 600ft/lbs and if im wrong im sure someone will chime in and correct me

I have the spec stage 3. My car is not a dd, but i do drive it. The clutch is streetable to me. The pedal is soft, with the stage 3 there is no playing with the clutch, when it grabs it grabs. I have a tko-600 but would not want this clutch with a t-5 especially you dont have the power that warrants this kind of clutch. Like i said, you cant finesse the pedal, it's grab and go, and i've heard of the t-5 bellhousing's cracking because of it.

Why wouldn't you want that clutch with a T5? It's a puck style clutch, correct?

Based only from other people's experience with. Yes it is a 6 puck design, you can get a 4 but the 6 is more streetable. I've read complaint's with people using t-5 with stage 3 and since there is no slipping the clutch they said it just put too much stress on bellhousing. Like i stated earlier, you cant ease off the clutch with the stage 3, it just clamps down and grabs. But it is an awesome grabbing clutch, would i want to drive it often with it, probably not.

Edit: The stage 2+ will handle aboutthe same power load anddoe's not incorporate the puck design and is supposed to be much more streetable.

That makes sence. If you are making power enough to warrant that clutch you should have a blow proof anyway.
