MM weld in subframes
UPR upper & lower torque box kit
MM lower control arms
Ford Racing upper control arms


It really needs a cage, but they just look so dorky with the tops
down on our cars. I'll probably put one in after I scare myself real good.


x-brace? never heard of it.
its that brace thing that goes from the front subframes to the K-member, i cant remember the technical term for it, but supposedly its supposed to be a reinforcement for the chassis since verts lack the roof structure, there is a brace under my vert, I think thats also the reason why some chassis parts are different for convertibles vs notches/hatchbacks...

thats what my mechanic called it one time when he inspected it.... I dunno if he was right tho....

Whats the NHRA limit for cages? 9 Secs? A Nice, quality mounted cage will stiffen the car up a lot. Even a bolt in is better than no cage. Thats my next thing on my car.

13.99 in a vert must have roll bar
Not sure on full cage for vert rule.

ya must be atleast 6 point cage at 13.99, you also need a drive shaft safety loop and a helmet all around the same speed, any car with upgraded turbo supercharger or nitrous must have a SFI approved fire jacket also

get a Kenny Brown Super Street Cage for the fox convt. my buddy had one in his 92 tripple black vert gt. it looked sick w/ the top down and it is black power coated, 6-point, and has low seat bars so it is easy to get in and out of the car.

Just about finished with cleaning up engine bay, re-routing fuel lines
and installing new tank and pump.

Painted the coils and brackets to make em POP a little too

I'll test drive the new fuel system for couple of days and make sure everything
is cool, then start tearing the exhaust down and starting fab work in earnest.




-10 Feed line



-8 return with MagnaFuel pressure regulator


Both the feed and return go thru the wheel wells and then under the car.

LOL!!! Looks sweet r.barn. You got a pretty unique set up, it blows my mindski, and soon it will blow compressed air into the intake!!!!!!!.. Keep up the good work, make sure we get some video when its all done.
