On the outside it's the same as an '87-up LX. Except for the nose of course. It's got the pre-87 tail light by looking at the pics. Look for rust in the same spots as any foxbody. As far as it looks on the outside it looks pretty pristine and all original. If the rest is in the same shape I'd definatley buy it. Oh... and the '86 was first year E.F.I. so you'll be looking at the same powertrain as your GT. I'm not much help. I only know about my car. I haven't looked at any '87-up foxes.

i was thinking the same thing. i saw the front up really high first and though oh its missing the motor and he is leaving that out then i saw the back up just as high its got to be sitting on blocks/stands. looks to be in very good condition for 2500 you cant beat that i would buy that in a heartbeat before someone beats you to it

hey i take offence to that lol. these interiors look better than the 87+ imo whats so ugly about my dash and interior...oh yeah and our front seats are 10X's better than yours[8D]

I have no problem with the front seats in the 4eyes. Just, in my opinion I prefer the 87+ dash. Its all personal taste I guess.

yea, its alirght. I wasnt even looking for another stang when I came across this, I was lookin for a winter truck. I was just trying to get some details figured out, then the guys tells me he sold it.
I'm only 17 and still in school, I dont need to 'stangs anyways.
