Default My 85 project

I posted awhile ago about the 85 GT I aquired. I have tried to work on it at least once or twice a week...anyway, I pulled the enigne and trans and found that the engine was siezed up and that there are two bent rods.Waiting to hear from the machine shop if the block is worth saving or not. Today I started painting the engine bay. What a dif it make in the appearance under the hood. Sorry the pics are kinda bad but I forgot my digital and only hade my phone. Some before and after. I will try and keep you guys updated.

Sounds like that may be coming from experience. LOL

Thanks for the advice. I plan on finishing it. Might take awhile, but I will finish it.

Great time for re-routing wires, getting new tubular K-member and ditching power steering/brakes.
Got my '84 as complete ,running car 2 1/2 years ago and I'm still working on it.
Stuff takes time, keep up the work.........
