Default 1988 5.0 wont idle!

i have a 1988 mustang 5.0 5 speed manual.

i start it and it lope idles ( from 500 to 1300rpms)
for a little while then stops and just dies when i lose rpms.

i cleaned the air idle control valve and got a new gasket for it.
i have a new battery and cables.

i do not have o2 sensors.
but i dont think taht has to do with the idle.

please help.
its my daily driver.

yeah could be a vacum...what u can do is spray all the hoses with either wd40 or brake cleaner and if u hear the car idle up higher thats ur spot....if that doesnt worj try drilling a lil hole in ur throttle body vlave that opens and closes for air....some times thats the proble...not really sure what ur set up is..post more info

Check the hose to the MAP sensor, if it has a weak vacuum signal, it will run way too rich. IAC could still be bad, cleaning doesn't fix a bad actuator. TPS adjusted to high will also cause an erratic idle.

it is werid it will idle good at 900rpms now for about 25-30 min of driving but then do the same thing after awhile. (idle lope form 500-1300 then just die).

i replaced the hose to the EGR Valve... i think.... thats it.
picture below

also i dont have the hose that leads to the SMOG thing on the serpentine belt. ((((sorry dont know what its called the one with the metal hose that comes from the headers)))) the metal pipe is cut and pinched. and the one that goes down to where the H-Pipe is. ghetto!

i just bought the car by the way, i did none of this.

Can't weatch the video until I get home. It won't load here at work. Sounds like the TPS sensor is too far advanced to me.

It looks like speed density to me, look how close the air filter is to the TB. Must not be a Cali car.
