I just threw some heads and a cam on my car, I usually use synthetic, should i put some regular in and drain it after few miles and then throw the synthetic in or not worry about it since i didnt change any bearings.

 

you can just throw in ur usually stuff and go, but you can change it right away to give some piece of mind
