hey thanks man yea i just signed up tonight also if you dont mindi have one more question for ya since you have the same car as me i have the 302 block bored over 40 and heads from a 70's mustang on it ported along with a ported throttle body and intake im makin about 350 or a little mor on the motor and almost 500 with the 125 shot of nos theres more done to but i need some help if i stroke it to a 347 alnog with it bored how many cid am i looking at and if i slap some 2.02 ported aluminium heads and a 550 cam on it how much HP am i looking at?

I need a full mod list before I can even make a guesstimate on your HP numbers

i can prob have it tomorrow but i promise i kno im makin that much there is a whole lot more done than that just hitting obvious high spots but with those adders i specified wat do you think the add will be just a rough estimate

on a stock 86 you'll have flat top pistons and wont allow much lift in a cam and an SD system which is a little picky on the type of cam you choose, check out my stickied thread somewhere around here for cams you can use
if you do the switch to a 347 you'll get new pistons and probably do the switch to MAF system,
so a 347, with some 2.02 heads and a high-lift cam, a free flowing intake, long tube headers, AND a tune you'll see good numbers possibly 400+hp
EDIT: forgot to add, check out fordstrokers.com, the best when it comes to 347s kits or crate engines

By the way.... .040 bore on a 302 is aprox 308 and worth well over 5-8 hp over stock...add some horrible 70's iron heads ported and polished to flow numbers almost, but not quite equal to a set of E7 stock 87-93 heads and you're likely closer too 240 fly wheel HP if you have a relatively decent aftermarket cam (i assume you do since you have 'upgrades'). I'm sorry...don't mean to bust bubbles but you're likely well over 100 HP away from 350. Considering a 125 shot will usually get you at right around 100 HP to the wheels when all is said and done...you very likely only putting down maybe 350 on the sauce. Sorry..not rude just facts. Heads/cam/intake/displacement....basically determine HP output...all the 'other' goodies unless they're boost related really don't mean a damn.
