I see that you have an E303, but what heads and intake?Do you have an adjustablefuel pressure regulator? If so what is your fuel pressure at and what size injectors are you using?

 

I have GT-40p heads ported .30 over, mac headers (which are shyt), e303 cam, performer rpm intake. I have the stock #19 injectors for right now, i got some 03-04 cobra 24lb. injectors but need the plug harnesses and no i dont have a fuel pressure regulator.

 

I expect it is running rich. Get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and that will help alot. You may not need any bigger injectorsthan 19s. What is your timing set at? When you say it is running bad, do you mean at idle,part throttle, WOT, or all?
It sounds good, what exhaust are you running?

 

The timing is unknown, idle is good, when i thorottle it, it seems like it chokes and dosen't go anywhere, and at WOT its the same. Also cylinder 3 and 4 are , the wires are not making good contact with the spark plug because of the damn headers, will that be the problem.

 

you need to correct all the known probs and set timing and go from there
