Default aftermarket suspension

i'm wanting to get my car to hook, i pretty much have everything i need to start putting the motor together, but since im pulling the rear end so my 3.73's can be installed i was wondering if getting aftermarket shocks, springs, lower lift bars, subframe connectors and all that good stuff would be a good addition for the right price?
