this is called a scaler, you cant buy and rent them in electric and air powered versions.

Wear a face mask with eye protection when using.

Eastwood Rust Encapsulator Aerosol 16 oz [ul][*]Encapsulates rust & primes in one step[*]Minimal prep - remove loose rust, degrease, & apply[*]Can be used under or over body fillers[*]Compatible with most top coats[*]Available in Red, Black, Silver, & Clear[/ul]Eastwood Rust Encapsulator has been shown by an independent lab to be the most effective rust preventive product yet. Tested against well-known brands, the Eastwood Rust Encapsulator has proven to be superior in sunlight resistance, preventing rust creep, and overall durability. One 16 oz. net wt. aerosol covers about 10 sq. ft. Contains no isocyanates. Heat resistant up to 400ยบ F. Made in the USA.

So far, looking at your rust is mostly cosmetic, and can be chemically treated as well.

Definetly gut the interior, you can get new panels for $125 a set resto.

The rest; at the yard ebay, etc. Treat the mold with bleach and distilled water.
