For everyone telling me I need a cam....
Ok, I got a cam, its being installed as we speak. its a trickflow stage one w/ my crane 1.7 rr, so it should be good for around .530-540 lift. I also am having force fed performance install some bosch 28# ls1 injectors and hardened pushrods. it should all work well with the dyno tune. i guess well see, i wont be seeing my car until around wed. feb 20. maybe now should make some decent numbers?![8D]
has anyone had problems with the stock 2 peice push rods? the ball breaking off the end? keith at forcefed said theyre crap and break easily.

also, does ford make honey comb type springs? i think when i got the gt40 heads, they were already upgraded with beefier springs, because they look WAY beefier than the stock e7 springs.
its always recomended to run the hardened pushrods with a cam upgrade, make sure you check your PTV clearance .530 might be too much but im not sure as ive never swapped a cam on 5.0 with stock internals

lift has nothing to do with ptv.......it's a result of the timing events that are occuring..and hardened push rods are reccommended on heads where such things as guide plates are used
