i have an 88 lx 5.0 and my fuel pump is running off of my fuel door button...????? very weird, i have to hold the button down for it to run.The other day it was running of my light switch... please helppp

 

Did anything get wet inside, maybe the relay under the seat

 

my hatch is rusted,if it would it short somthing out in the trunk?

 

There is no way to diagnose thru the screen. Your just gonna have to some electricaltrouble shooting, that's always fun. I'm an electronics tech on an Air Force Base and i still hate electrical gremlins[:'(][:@].

 

look for a bad ground
