hello i have an 89 mustang ex 2.3 and now it has an 86 5.0 efimustang drive line in it. i was having problems hooking the coil up because their where no wires to do so. so i took the old v8 harness on driver side and took the coil hook up and hooked it on the v8 engine harness already installed with computer. i took the red with green wire on the coil and hooked it up to the ignition.it already ran through the distributer.then i had spark! but now it dont. i had a wire under battery smoking and a friend told me it would have fried something?from a ground? thanks.
