ok i found a 0oz flywheel would that be the best or would a 28oz be fine?

get the 50oz, unless you want to kill your engine.... it'll rattle itself to death.....

ok thanks for the advice im just trying to make sure to do the right thing and not **** my motor lol sorry if im bugging the **** out of anyone, well since i see i should obviously stick with the 50oz now do yall think it would be better to just leave it stock or buy a aluminum 50oz flywheel, looks like it may help a little?

Stock, aluminum would be nice if you already had h/c/i + bolt ons, but if it's mostly stock, then get a stock flywheel.
