Default 3.73 gears vs 2.73

how much can I expect to pay for a set of 3.73 and are they a good invesment

around 150 give or take , depends if you are just building a nice cruiser or a street beast . the 3.73 shouldn't hurt mpg to bad . you will deffinately feel a difference in the change .

I have 3:73's and love them, I can still drive it on the e-way and get decent gas mileage btw nitrousd seeing that you already have 3:55's I wouldent even bother going to 3:73's you will hardly notice the difference.

I just put 3.73s in the other week from 3.08s, should have done it sooner!

It's worth every penny, make sure to re-build the track-lock (its like 50 smackers), and put new bearings in (like 150 tops)....

Hey fella's, great comments. I'm looking to install 3.73's as well. I'm active duty in Germany. Could you tell me all the parts I need to get or if it comes as a kit and perhaps where to purchase, I have an installer who's German. He's real good with mustangs, I just want to ensure I have everything for him.
