Default 1/8th mile time estimates

Im planning on going to my local 18th mile and running my car next saturday, jsut wondering what yall think my time will be

mods are as follows

Fender CAI with stock MAF and maf-TB tube
Full exhaust, dumped behind the muffler
short throw shifter
3.73 gears

those are really the only mods that will give me any power, and i know my engines old, i can barely spin the tires anymore, and i think my clutch is goin

MY guess is 10ish, what you guys think? because i know these run about a 9.5 stock

Race at the next Race Legal. As of last week, I get to race their for free now. It pays to be friends with the guy who is engaged with the owner's daughter!

I say low 10's. It depends on how well of a driver you are too.

I have no idea, i've never run 1/8 mile before. But what you said sounds about right. Good Luck and dont break anything.

I doubt it. I know him and his fiance, so thats why I can race for free.

Even if I could, I would kind of be uncomfortable asking him to hook up someone he doesnt even know.

My 1996 v6 3.8L5spd with CAI, catback, 3.73s, underdrive pullies, 150,000miles on the motorwent 10.0 in the 1.8th, I hope you could beat that. With a 55hp dry shot of Zex I went 9.6 in the 1.8th (14.9 in the 1/4)

id love to beat that too man, but the reason im guessing 10, is because i can TELL my engine is making alot less power than stock, ive just gotta face facts that its old and needs a rebuild

also, i have reason to believe my clutch is slipping

also rajun, im talking about barona, i dont really like the Q drags
