finished exaust have more power with the tips than without???!!!
it feels like my car has more low end power now that the tips are on. i just had the h pipe and flows dumping out before the axle till now and it felt slower. its also way quieter
it sounded alot nicer just dumped, but it was too loud to be realistic as far as cops are around here.
im wondering why it would be soo much quieter and feel faster??? my combo is in my sig

it was so beastly before
damn but it still sounds mean. i might go to dumps again. maybe with the right headers i can get a better sound? i still have the stockers. problem is it was just a lil too loud with dumps and now its too quiet with tips. i have 2.5" from the headers on back i think, i know its bigger than factory by a lil bit
more back pressure = more low end torque
yes, adding tailpipes to a stock engine will boost the low end torque,
if tailpipes are removed for making dumps, this will cut the back pressure and cause a small amount of torque to be lost.

also if you want the dumped sound go catless, pretty sure it'll be louder [8D] cause thats how I roll, cops seem to ignore it for the most part

No cats > Cats
We both live in San Diego, which is known for being ****** when it comes to sound police. I dont have problems either. I have long tubes, o/r H, and Flows (3-chamber). I am putting on 2 chamber dumps this weekend.
