My exhaust is in my sig. It sounds nice and low at idle and only gets loud when i really step on it. I know it what many people have but listen to them for yourself and see what ya like

ng bbk off road h pipe with glasspacks dumped before the rear and trickflow stage 1 cam it sounds amazing..agressive when you thump on the gas but when your cruising its not extremely loud at all. never got harrassed yet about the loudness.

SLP's or Mac Pro Dumps

not many people like the dumps, but i think theyre awesome, theyre pretty quiet for what they are, but got a ****load louder with no cats, and theyre CHEAP

SLPs if you got teh moolah, they just sound sick on a 5.0

Well I have bbk headers (shorty) with a bbk o/r h pipe with the flowmaster american thunder catback and I couldn't be happier with it. It has a very deep tone to it but isn't to loud for me. It still will draw attention though; for exampleI pulled into a parking space at my college last week and set off two alarms while it was idling[sm=happy046.gif]

hey stangman, did the headers make a big difference?

i have the same cat back as you, but stock headers and i think my idle is WAY to quiet

you can see in my video /\ that it sounds good when i rev it, but i want more from the idle.

Well, I went with the Flowmater Force II catbacks from Summit. I installed them last night, and I think they are exactly the sound I was looking for. The idle sound is great, and when I would rev it the tone was a thing of beauty.

I do have one more inquiry:
After installing them, one pipe seems to stick out about an inch further than the other. A bit frustrating for the cost of the unit. I loosened them and tried to get them to line up better, but the driver side still sticks out about an inch more. Since I didn't get the stainless tips I could just cut it to match, but I wanted to hear some input before I went to cutting.
