Whats it worth?
hey so i just wanted to know if some people could just tell me what you think my car is worth for private sale.
the car is a almost all stock 1990 Mustang GT 5spd. the right rear 1/4 was dented so i replaced that and the front and back bumpers and re-shot it with the original color EL YJ wildstrawberry metallic on titanium lower.the motor is all stock with 170,000 orig miles. it runs great and dosnt knock or use oil.the car is a 5spd with almost every option. power everything, sunroof, rear defrost, a/c,2 tone paint. has titanium gray interior. the only upgrades done are a pro 5.0 shifter, 3.55 gears, flowmaster catback, and k&n filter in the stock airbox.Great condition and it would drive anywhere. car is in NJ. So how much do you think i could get for it? thx in advance. -Kev

$5000-$6000. How clean is the interior and is there any rust or cracks on the floor pans? If the inside is nice with no leaning seat and no rust or cracks underneath I'd say closer to $6000.

WOW!!! realy that much i thought it would be much less because of the miles and the body work that was done. the interior is in good condition. the seats are fine. i just figured people would be scared of the milage and the bodywork.

i would pay 5500 even though it has body work. And my opinion milage means nothing as long as the car was maintained properley and taken good care of. But if there was a 1/4 in think of rubber in the rear wheel wells or something like that i wouldnt pay that much. Nice car, and you did an excellent job sectioning the quater panel!
