hey i gotta a question for you all. i spotted a 79 coupe. will the front end of a aero car fit on it or would i have to use a 85-86 nose?

Awwww... CHRIST!!! Not another guy planning a 4 eye to aero swap. When will people get it. If you want an aero... BUY and aero, but leave the 4 eyes as they are!!! With all the aeros out there to chose from and the 4 eyes almost extinct... why would you want to help rush them out of existance by doing yet another stupid swap? God, I just want to puke coat hangers whenever I see one of these threads.

Man, I'd love to see you get that '79 coupe if it's the only one around you. It would be in good hands and wouldn't end up as a parts car or in the crusher, but why do a nose swap? Is the front cover in bad condition or do you just like the aero front better? If the cover is in good shape, please leave it as a 4 eye. But if it's in bad shape, then I can understand changing it, at least it would still be on the road and not in a junkyard.

 

You need the hood and all the moldings including the rear bumper
