the xe series from comp cams will work well with your set up. the ford letter cams are out dated technology so they really wont make the best out of your combo. but if you do decide to use one the f cam with 1.6 roller rockrs has a nice sound and decent power range. but just about anyone on the forum will tell you to call comp cams, lunati or any other cam manufactorer and talk to one of their techs and tell them what you are running and let them reccomend a cam for you or make a custom grind cam for you. that is really the only way to get the VERY BEST of both worlds. And as always when upgrading a cam alwys install matching valve springs, retainer, locks, and other goodies to ensure a long lasting valverain, and always make sure to check piston to valve clearance on ANY CAM INSTILLATION, as all engine are different. hope this is of some help to youl Pm me if i can help you with anything!
