and when we get back our 600 from the gov. i am gonna install strange struts , new control bushings,and springs,isolators...

so still curious as to where u guys are setting your starnge shocks on as settings on the road and on the track .

it sucks weather here is still crappy snow/rain so i got to wait a few more days to drive my car[:@]

I always kept my strange shocks on the very middle setting.

thats sick! i just got finished with installing my entire suspension too. my set up is strange 10 way shocks and struts eibach pro-kit drag launch springs (blue ones) and granitelli upper and lower control arms. i also installed a new steering rack and tie rods aswell.

i agree the tear down was such a pita! a small sledge hammer really helped loosening thoes bolts. i was gonna replace the axle bushings but i couldnt find an easy way to get them out. plus i was running short on time too.

thanks man and yeah those axle housing bushings were a pita but i bought maximunm's tool and it worked okay

so where is a picture of your car with the new setup ,how does it sit it looks like my rear sits about 5/8 higher than stock but it should settle

really? my rear is really low. ill go take a pic right now. i cant really get under the car for a good shot.

well did u install the drag springs or the pro kit lowering springs . sorry not familiar with the colors?

black = regular pro-kit
blue= drag launch
red = sportlines

the rear suspension looks crappy but they were never used just installed on the parts car i had which sat for a while cuz it had a partially taken apart engine.





i used to be able to stick about2.5 fingers in between the tire and rear fender now i fit just 1

damn did u cut any springs out of those and what size tire are u runnin

i have a 26x8.5x15 slick on out back and stock 10 holes on front with 225 60 15's and have like 2.5-3 inches of gap in the back right now ill go get a pic right now.
