Welp, i locked up me brakes again today, luckily i was going 25mph in a rich housing area, i dont know WHAT the **** they paved that **** with, it was like butter, but i didnt even slam the brakes, just applied them a little hard (i didnt see a speed bump until last second, and put them on, at a pressure that ive done before and not locked them.....) yeah long story short, i left skid marks up and over the bump, and i bumped the curb, luckily doing about 2 mph at the time, and then got a nasty look from a chick going the opposite way

i think i need to bleed /adjust the brakes/proportioning valve, because almost immediately the back end locked and went right, then the fronts locked, and i cranked it right, let off the brakes enough to keep braking, but to let the rear regain traction, and bumped the curb and stopped, luckily it didnt damage anything but my ego [:@]

i hate it, my brakes are horrible. Im always going through lights when then turn yellow afraid that i would lock them up and just nail somebody otherwise.. or if somebody pulls out in front of me.. ahhh i hate my brakes they suck!

ive never had a car with abs ever, ven my 95 gts doesnt have it

the thing was, it was a speed/braking pressure that should never ever in the existance of man lock the brakes, and if it did, after a few seconds, but lo and behold it locked almost instantly

that sucks, but at least you didnt bend a rim or something or crack up the car

fox brakes suck, but my old car didnt have ABS either..... so I am sorta used to it....

but my car stops like a dream since I replaced the rotors....

Meh, I've never driven a car with ABS... Guess I'm just use to it

My brakes are great. Never had a problem w/ them. Don't really like abs ether.

only real reason you'd need the abs is for inclement weather and the stang staays in on wet, or snowy days for me so abs would be useless to me.....yea yea I know abs helps on dry pavement also asto not let the wheel lock up so you can retain steerability

my brake pedal is down shifting lol

really tho, the brake pedal will vibrate if i apply it too hard.

not surprised though, with rusty lines and 4 compression fittings lol

I never have a problem with my brakes. lol. I have an automatic reaction to downshift when I prss the brakes, even in split second emergency situations.
