Default Thinking about buying?

This guy lives near me and builds these all the time. Still has stock heads but look at all of the other things it has. What should I offer him?

It is, not sure about the turbo? Do any of our guys run them? What about tuning?

tuning it would involve making sure timing and fuel are dead on so as to not have any detonation issues = critical on a turbo car

These are the issues I need to know....Today we are installing a C4 PA with a Frank Lupo 3800 anti Balloning stall...Should be intresting to see the ET times improve.
