trans temp
does anyone know what my trans temp should be around? It floats between 150 while easy driving and gets up to 180 every now and then under my "normal" driving. hopefully this is normal. Also since the stock thermo is 195 degrees that should stay at about 200 right? I'm thinking of getting a 180 for it just for shts and giggles.

RE: trans temp
actually your both wrong i just forgot to mention that when talking about the tstat i was meaning coolant temp. my coolant temp sensor gets to about 200. i have an aftermarket cooler, so the method mjr described wont work for me, altho i never htought of it and seems like it would work just as good.
