Default Battery Cables question

Anyone know where I can purchase new battery cables. I'm looking for the positive cable specifically that has the extra cable that goes to the power distribution box. I prefere OEM but I will settle for something that will fit my application. Thanks

Default RE: Battery Cables question

Went to the dealership. The cable I need is an obsolete part. Went to the local speed shop. The only NOS parts that he could get were the positive for up to 93. Not sure if that would fit my 95 or not. I'm assuming not directly but with modification maybe. Checked autozone. Nothing for a 95. The cable I'm looking for is very specific. It needs to have the extra full size cable that runs to the distribution box(fuse/relay box under hood right behind the battery) I checked on a few websites like latemodelrestoration.com as well. I have found nothing. Any other suggestions?

OMFG! Thats exactly what I need!!! So, do I reuse the connector for the distribution box and crimp it to the new cable? I'm assuming thats what I need to do.

you might have good luck trying a local car audio shop, perferably a small shop if they do good work over a big box store. when installing car audio they always replace or add to all the wiring, and are very familiar with different battery posts and distribution blocks.

I'm an electrician for the US Navy so I'll be doing it myself. I was just wondering basically if anyone had any issues doing this before with recrimping the old connector for the pwr dist. box.
